Municipal Flags

I recntly found the following weblinks, where is quoted the fact that municipios in Nicaragua do have flags. Searching the entire site, where every municipio of Nicaragua is presented, I only found three occurences of the word "bandera", in Matagalpa province.

Matiguas

Looking at <www.pinoleros.com>, I understand that the logo ot the municipio looks like a coat-of-arms, the lower left quarter of which looks like the municipal flag, which is made of four colours : green, yellow, white, blue.
On the same page are presented the "Centros De Estudio En El Area Urbana." It looks like educational institutions in Matiguas do have flags too, but no description.

Translation: "The logotype and the flag of the municipality were established in 1999. The emblems were designed by Jairo J. Tinoco Icabalzeta. The meaning of the municipal logotype is the following: Upper left corner: the chalice, representing religiosity; Upper right corner: the flag of Nicaragua; Lower left part: the flag of the municipality. Green: our fields; Yellow: our sun, in relation with God; White: the peace and freedom of a people (a village?); Azure: Our sky, our seas, our nacion. Lower right part: a typewriter which symbolizes the administrative work and a shovel(?) which represents construction work, [limpieza?] and other done in our municipality."
Since nothing is said on the arrangement of the colours, I would assume that they follow the pattern of the national flag, i.e. horizontal stripes.
