The Dutch municipality of Baarle-Nassau has, like most Dutch municipalities, it's own flag: red/white (from the old arms) and blue/yellow (from the new arms). This flag was adopted 20 August 1965, and was designed by the well-known Dutch (Frisian) vexillologist Klaes Sierksma.
Mark Sensen, 22 February 1996
