Koninklijke Nederlandsche Stoomboot Maatschappij N.V. The diamond shown by the Josef  Nüsse's site is just within the field and by the look of a B&W photo of  "Simón Bolívar" in 'The World's Merchant Fleets 1939" [Jordan], where a reasonable shot of the flag can be seen with the diamond looking to be more throughout, that is the correct version.  Certainly the smaller version from "De Blauwe Wimpel" seems incorrect and I have seen only one other source so showing.
