First Proposal

(1) In 1972 a red, blue and yellow flag was proposed. The colours are from the flags of Norway and Sweden, but the proportions are Swedish: 16:25,6 (6-1-2-1-6 : 7,6-1-2-1-14).

Second Proposal

(2) In 1991, however, the colours of the cross were reversed, to make up a more heraldically correct design. Accordingly, the flag listed by Bill is a red field with a blue cross bordered in yellow.

Geography

Trøndeland/Tröndeland is a fantasy region made up by the two Norwegian counties Nord- and Sør-Trondelag, and the Swedish county of Jämtland.

As stated, the region is pure fiction, and if these flags have ever been used, the occasions must surely have been few. Wonder who proposed these flags.
