Raszyn: a village in Pruszkow county, south of Warsaw, famous for the
(indecisive) battle fought there 19 April 1809 between the insurrectionists
under Duke Poniatowski and Austrian Forces under Archduke Ferdinand. ca.
6600 inhabitants as of 1984.
