Here is the brand new reinforcement from the commune of DOMINOWO, Sroda Wielkopolska County, Wielkopolskie Voivodship.
No explanation of the symbolism, but the flag features ... dominoes!
The flag & arms found on the website of the soccer club - LKS Kasztelania Dominowo.

I wonder what the favorite pastime of the Dominowo-citizens is - Kasztelania Dominowo is 7th on the league table, the local saint is playing jeu de boule (or something like that), while he has a domino-stone on his chest? Darts, I guess!

I believe that the attributes of the saint identify him as St. Nicolas (with bishop's staff and three golden apples) to which is added a canting to the city name - a domino stone. I guess St. Nicolas is patron of Dominowo.
