On white, the municipal coat of arms. Gules, a castle argent, flagged and roofed of the same, litten black, under an eschuteon of Portugal ancien between two stars argent. Mural crown argent, with five towers (city rank) and white scroll with black letters reading "CIDADE DE TORRES VEDRAS" (Torres Vedras city).
