The Church Flag

The Banner of the General Church (New Covenant Church of God as a whole) was given by revelation in a vision on 7 December 1994 (see NC&C 358) and started coming into use in 1996-7. It consists of a blue background (the primary Church colour) and the Lion of Judah (Yahshua haMashiach - Jesus Christ) rampant, wearing the kingly Patriarchal Crown and holding the Sceptre of Authority. It therefore symbolises, as a whole, the divine mandate given to the New Covenant Church of God by the Lord Jesus Christ to effect its mission to gather the elect into 12 Firstborn Communities and to prepare the patriarchs and matriarchs or the Holy Order for theocratic government in the Millennium.
