The flag of a Division (flotilla or battalion) Commander (Plamenac poveljnika pomorske enote, ki je enaka divizijoni ili bataljonu) is a red pennant, in proportion 1:2, with a yellow fouled anchor near the hoist.

It is prescribed by Article 46 of the Regulations of registration and signalization of vehicles, air- and water-vessels of the Ministry of Defense.

Group Commander

The flag of a Group (squadron or company) Commander (Plamenac poveljnika pomorske enote, ki je enaka odredu ili četi) is a blue pennant, in proportion 1:2, with a yellow fouled anchor near the hoist.

It is prescribed by Article 47 of the Regulations of registration and signalization of vehicles, air- and water-vessels of the Ministry of Defense.

Captain of a ship

The flag of a Captain (Plamenac poveljnika ladje) is a white pennant, in proportion 1:2, with a red border on the three 'free' edges a yellow fouled anchor near the hoist.

It is prescribed by Article 48 of the Regulations of registration and signalization of vehicles, air- and water-vessels of the Ministry of Defense.This pennant has actually the same function as a commission or war pennant.
