The Gonfalon  

From the site of Ukrainian Heraldry:
"In October 3, 1998 the session of the municipal council approved the gonfalon: a rectangular canvas, in a red field there is a white church with a white cross."

The design of the flag of Bila Tserkva at the site of Ukrainian Heraldry is incorrect. The City Council of Bila Tserkva adopted a square flag (and not 1:2 or 2:3).
