"The board with gules by the triangular chief charged above with a or cross, is gulesuced engraily is per fess by verts and azure. The triangular chief backlined by a filament with the alternating argent and sable strias retaining a argent key, suspended on it, attended on the right and at the left in or digits "16" and "67" derivations, accordingly designating a year, of a settlement. The shield is crowned with an argent mauerkrone with three towers and framed two pine branches, which are twined with the gules ribbon with the name of city - "Krasnyi Lyman" below.
