Heraldry:
"It was confirmed at May, 2004. The square panel is divided
vertically on red and dark blue fields, in which are two yellow
grind stars in pale. Below passes a horizontal green strip (the
width in 1/6 of a flag), on which stands the white Tyhomel'
tower. The arms is introduced in Volyno-Podil's'ka Heraldry
Collegium Banner List at May, 25th, 2004 with N3."

Heraldry:
"It was confirmed at May, 2004. Board per pale on gules and
azure fields, in which are two or grind stars in a pale as the
symbol of villages subordinated to Yampol' village council. On a
vert base with three hills and or symbol "Y" is argent
Tyhomel' tower. A shield is enframed by or cartouche and crowned
by gules urban crown with three prongs. The authors are V.Dzhun',
Y.Horbatyi.
The main element of the arms - the tower - is rests of a Tyhomel'
fortress which is on surburb of settlement, and reminds village
origin from anci
