The Gonfalon

from the site of Ukrainian Heraldry:
"The gonfalon was confirmed in 1997. It represents a rectangular panel about a ratio of the parties 1:1. In a blue field is yellow anchor, on a white upper horizontal band (width in 3/10 width of a gonfalon) are seven green oak leaves and two yellow acorns with brown caps. The author is Yu.Terlets'kyi".
