"It was confirmed by the rural council decision at June, 6, 1997. On a square panel is yellow cross (the width of a cross makes 1/5 sides of a flag); top field from a staff and bottom field from free edge are red, bottom from a staff and top from free edge are black. In the top field from a staff is a white patty cross. The flag carries colors and elements of the arms (the direct cross is a symbol over Yuriu, cross is symbol of Volyn'). The authors are A.Grechylo, Yu.Terlets'kyi.

He beats argent snake by or spear; Yuriy is dressed in a or shirt, azure trousers, or boots and an azure raincoat, holds in hands a gules board with a argent cross; the snake has gules eyes and claws. The authors are A.Grechylo, Yu.Terlets'kyi. The arms is reconstructed on city mark XVII century. It certifies value of Taikyry as defensive item for a way of enemy attacks to Volyn' and
