"The gonfalon is confirmed on October 2d 1997. It represents a rectangular yellow panel with a ratio of the parties 1:1, from flagstaff to middle of a free edge is a blue triangle, on which one a white crescent with downwards horns, in it thrusted two yellow swords, at the top is yellow bell with or 6-radial aster below it.
