Description of the flag

The Florida city of Marco Island (Collier County) has a light blue flag charged with a large depiction of the seal. I made an attempt to redraw it based on the image at http://www.cityofmarcoisland.com/images/TOWNseal.jpg.

The seal consists of a disc rimmed with rope showing a bald eagle flying at the sunset, the disc flanked by two palm trees and above a scroll reading MARCO City of ISLAND.
