This flag was given to Jerry Kosik upon his retirement as Chief of Police in River Forest.  It is a mid-blue field, with a circular logo in white with yellow rings.  Around the perimeter are the words THE VILLAGE OF NORTH RIVERSIDE and 1923-1998, and two small NR logos.  In the center, '75TH Anniversary'.
River Forest is a suburb of Chicago.
