Description of the flag

The county flag flies at all county institutions. The seal is located on a marigold field. Some flags have a colour seal, others do not. Within the seal, George Rogers Clark stands on the banks of the Mad River. The text "Founded 1818" is above him. His name is below him. In the ring of the seal, Clark County Ohio is inscribed. "Home of A.B. Graham . . . Founder of 4H" appears in the ring as well.
