Norwalk is a small city of about 16,000 population, and calls itself "The
Maple City" on its logo. The city was founded by people from Norwalk,
Connecticut, starting in 1817, and was incorporated as a city in 1881. It is
county seat of Huron County, north-central Ohio, about midway between Cleveland
and Toledo. Judging by its web page (http://www.norwalkoh.com/today.html),
it flies the city flag outside the police station.
