Description of the flag

Ogahpah / Quapaw Tribe uses a navy blue/red vertically divided flag, with a narrow brown band with red and blue lines on it between the two. Overlying the flag is circular emblem with three feathers hanging from it. On the emblem is a silhouette of a buffalo.
