State Flag

Vargas state was created in 1997. Its flag is the sun-stars-cuatricolori design designed by Gual and Espana in 1797 for their conspirative movement . It was elected as such because the bicentennial of the conspiracy was celebrated in 1997 and because the movement itself originated in Macuto, a town in Vargas State.

At <www.estadovargas.com> reported by Dov Gutterman there is a flag .With the map on the site I tend to believe that it is the area around La Guayra, east of Caracas.

It's a 2:3 flag. Although Gual and Espaoa never said anything on that matter . In any case, as is usually the case with the flags around here, no especifications are made. Flag Manufacturers use standard sizes, and they normally use 2:3.
