The flag of the NVvV (Nederlandse Vereniging voor Vlaggenkunde) was designed by Henk 't Jong. Both Henk 't Jong and Theun Okkerse were in the commission for the new flag, and independently from each other came to almost the same design, but it was the design of Henk 't Jong that was adopted.
