NAVA’s current volume of Raven 9-10 [rav], is a 418 page book with color and greyscale illustrations — (150 of the former and 250 of the latter) dedicated to US City Flags, specifically 150 of them (the 100 largest cities, all State Capitals, and the largest or second largest city in each state so that no State has less than 2 flags in the book) from Akron, Ohio to Yonkers, New York. We are now assembling a team for Volume 2 in this series, Canadian City Flags. Volunteers welcome. Also some research work is now beginning for a possible Volume 3 to cover the rest of North America. If you have any info on Civic flags in Mexico, Central America or the Caribbean (plus Greenland!), please let us know.
