The municipal flag of Francisco Beltrão was established by Law 226/66. It is
yellow, divided into eight parts by eight white stripes charged with blue
overstripes, with the coat of arms on the center. The coat of arms
symbolizes the municipal government, the stripes symbolize municipal power
extending to all quadrants of the municipal territory, and the yellow
trapezoids represent the rural areas of the municipality. The coat of arms
of the Municipality of Francisco Beltrão was created by Law 224/66.
