Description

Flag quartered saltirewise, the top and bottom triangles showing nine stripes yellow-red-etc. (YRYRYRYRY), the hoist and fly triangles blue strewn with yellow fleurs-de-lys each as high as 3/16 of the flag's height and as wide as 1/12 of the flag's length, six of them [on each triangle] complete and fully visible. On the top part of the hoist and fly triangles, a red [heraldic] label of three points, as wide as 3/128 of the flag's height and as long as 43/192 of the flag's length, separated from the top 1/4 [of the flag's height] and from the hoist and fly, respectively, 1/96 [of the flag's length].

The flag is a banner of the arms (blazoned per saltire Or four pallets Gules and Azure semy-de-lys Or in chief a label of three points Gules). Arms of the counts of Prades, belonging to the House of Barcelona: the top and bottom quarters for the counts of Barcelona and the side quarters for the Anjou of Naples.
