Presentation of Delčevo

Delčevo (17, 726 inhabitants) is a town located on the river Bregalnika, close to the Bulgarian border. The town is named after the Macedonian revolutionary Goče Delčev.

Municipal flag of Delčevo

The municipal flag of Delčevo is vertical, in proportion 3:2, vertically divided white-dark blue with the municipal shield placed in canton.
The shield shows a landscape, whose elements are the light blue sky, a dark mountain and blue water in foreground. A white statue representing Goče Delčev and a building are also placed on the shield.
