The flag of the Russian Krai Khabarovsk
was adopted 14
july 1994. It is white over blue, with a
dark green triangle on the hoist, the point
of the triangle 90 degrees. Proportions of
the flag 2:3.

In 1992 or 1993 some regions self upgraded to constituent republics, and
used ephemeral unofficial flags. One of the main republics was Khabarovks,
flag diagonal white - blue - red.
