Trnava region flag

At Petr Exner's Czech Vexillological Pages, all Slovak regional flags are displayed, including the hitherto unknown flag of the Trnava Region (blue with three yellow horizontal stripes, appr. 2:1:1:1:1:1:2).
Similarly as in the Presov Region (and the Slovak Republic itself)  the flag of the regional chairman ("president"?) is a banner of arms (upper hoist blue with a yellow crowned wheel; upper fly blue with the half of a yellow deer with white hooves and antlers, above the half of a white wheel above three green hills; lower part with seven horzontal wavy stripes, four yellow, three
blue). The flag has a wide margin (about 1/8 of the hoist) composed of yellow and blue diagonal stripes. Flag ratio 1:1.

Trnava region CoA

[Trnava region CoA] from the Trnava Region Internet site.

The Trnava Region Internet site is presenting also Region´s symbols now, namely Arms, Seal and the Flag. By this fact is the > collection of Slovakian Regions Symbols completed, except one question - how could be a Standard shaped as a losange (I meant Trencin Region, of course).
Trnava Region is one of two ones, which included elements of municipal arms into regional Arms. The other example is Zilina Region.
